All the flavors of a Neapolitan pizza, tucked into a handheld sandwich with crispy crust, gooey cheese, savory meats, and fresh ingredients. Feeds two people.

 

The "O.G." Original Giuseppe- burrata, prosciutto, tomatoes, arugula, basil, balsamic and olive oil $16

The Monster Meatball- ½ pound of Chef Steve’s secret-recipe meatball (yes, half a pound), drowned in San Marzano red sauce, loaded with mozzarella, and served like it’s trying to pick a fight with your diet.

Our dough is slow-fermented and our crust is crisp, airy perfection. Tomatoes are Certified San Marzano, DOP or here in Boerne "the best in the land". *denotes a crowd favorite
